Your right there mate. Its hard to break the walk up style of Muay Thai training. If my coach says to me," drop your shoulders " one more time im goin to go ****in crazy!!! You said he is getting really fast? Is he keeping his power still? Hows will he go with making weight? Pretty easy id guess :huh
thanx mate i really appreciate all your tips. he is very keen to box and still stay strong. but because he is so strong all he wants to do is go for the big punch but im trying to teach him to pick his punches and work on combos and then the big punch will come. while i know all the boxing moves and tips i struggle on the fitness side of things so i enrolled in a personall trainers caorse and a nutrition caorse once again thanx for the tips
leckie, doing the pt course and nutrition is awesome, shows your open to learn and become well rfounded, most trainers arent, there are some great boxing training sites and programs i can gpm to you, unless its ok to post site address on here not sure of the rules

thanks melissa, i have had to do alot of research to improve my stamina for boxing, conventional methods did nothing for me, so hopefully this can help others in the same boat
