People mention Eubank's victory over Blackwell yet Murray beat him over 5 rounds (I think) before Blackwell knocked it on the head & called the fight off. It's a shame he's thought of as a journeyman, and the way Abraham's fired the rematch off, it's not just people on here who think that. Yet, he's been in the ring with the best. Never shied away from a formidable opponent, something that can't be said of Eubank, whom by the way, I think is a class act.
What is this Eubank chin based on? His old man? What big punchers has CEJ ever been in with? There's not many fighters on the planet with a better chin than Martin Murray, the man is absolute nails. GGG went life and death with him trying to get him out of there.
Yeah it's not like Blackwell was basically a green teenager when he fought Murray and had a busted rib prefight
Murray has a decent chin but the only reason he survives is his high guard, when he steps up his competition he just loses his workrate because he's too scared to throw punches
This content is protected These are absolutely massive punches from a huge puncher in Spike. Bear in mind that Spike destroyed Fitzgerald in seconds when big punching Lee went the distance. Eubank clearly has a solid set of whiskers.
Murray would be interesting to watch vs. Eubank, so hope the fans call for that fight.................
Well, he's fighting a former opponent of Eubank Jn, in Chudinov. He wasn't in the same league as Eubank. Murray should see him off but it's got 12 rounds written all over it.
Yeah, I think Murray is pretty faded now and changing weight won't really help. The Chudinov fight will probably be quite entertaining to be honest, although this one (I'm right in thinking it's Dmitry, the 160 one right?) is by far the lesser of the two brothers.

murray took huge right hands from decent puncher (much bigger puncher than eubank) george groves and abraham, oh yeah and GGG Lolz. doubt eubank can stop him
Really disappointed at this. Lawal's record is full of only German and Ghanaian bums. Looks quite short judging from pictures too.
Another meaningless 12-round borefest from the always-disappointing and sadly talentless Martin Murray. Would he ever just retire?
I was going to say the same about this post. How can someone who has challenged for a world title (more than once) be talentless.
