well floyd and schaefer has no choice under the threat of lawsuit. now file your petition to the NSAC. you want this rule, go file a request.
PAC does not want this fight...think about it...ARUM can talk all the **** he wants...he is a dickhead lying promoter...Does anyone SERIOUSLY think pac will actually not be 100% if he takes random blood tests then may have to give a vial of ****ing blood 48 hrs before a fight....If he REALLY wants to fight take the test...even if u feel u shouldn't have to...this is big now and people are starting to assume he is on steroids....JUST TAKE THE TEST! all this bull**** would stop and he would even make floyd look bad....IMO he will not budge because he knows he is in a real fight on march 13th and he has never seen the brilliance of a PBF...so if the fight does not go through he can still beat up a bunch of guys and look great doing it...but again he will never beat floyd....floyd obviously wants this fight and they have given in to let nevada do it (the same commission who couldn't catch mosely) what does this guy have to hide??? I honestly think Floyd is scared to step into the ring with guys like Pacquiao/Mosley/Margarito/Williams. I have always thought that. Everytime there name comes up, he whips the old excuse book out. Manny Pacquiao who got knocked out twice? Manny Pacquiao who got outboxed by Morales? Mosley who has 5 loses? Mosley who used steroids? Who is Paul williams? Margarito isn't a big enough name. All excuses, all by him to sell you guys a different fight.

first, floyd and GBP would not have budge if there was no threat of a lawsuit. remember the "non-negotiable" stance regarding USADA? second, maliganggi's not the only option but also bradley. and they have to pull in other fighters name so that floyd and GBP realize that there are actual fighters who have balls to face pac rather than go to the press and trying to win a fight of opinions and propaganda without throwing a punch. third, if they want this rule implemented, they better file now their request to the NSAC.
