That is why he can only fight in Nevada - xylocaine is legal in Nevada.

Marrying soiemone as young as 6 years old is also legal in ****stan.

    Awkward to say the least.

Show me where it's illegal in the other states?

Mayweather openly admitted to using novacaine in both hands in the Hernandez fight in Michigan.

    Second fights wasnt a draw.
    Castillo won both fights.

And Fraud Jr. should get DQ in JUDAH fight.

And we know that De La Hoya beat the crap out of him, even Floyd Sr. said that Hoya beat lil Floyd

    Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC)
In a conversation that I had with Keith Kizer, about the use of Xylocaine in the state of Nevada, Keith said that because “It is not a prohibited substance under WADA or USADA”; it’s not banned by the State Athletic Commission. However, Keith Kizer noted that the commission has added some stipulations to the use of Xylocaine.

. We make sure they have full physicals to check for this. They will be told to stop doing this from the weigh-in through the fight. Fighters must only take Tylenol or ice for any pain.”

Unfortunately, since that drug is not even being tested by the panel test that the USADA or WADA is using, his word is as meaningless unless he intends to stick to the fighter 24 hours before the fight.

    Basically, two different things -----

The USADA or WADA side - legal anytime

    The State Commission side -
