The Mayweather fighting at 130 back in 2001 would have beaten any version of Marquez.

Mayweather beat Marquez, Pac, EM, & MAB at 130lbs easily!! Is that good enough???

Mayweather was quicker, & a much harder hitter at that weight!!!

Floyd is not the bigger draw. Floyd is not the exciting fighter the world has recently come to love. Floyd has slipped into retirement previously when the he would have faced tough opponents. Manny is The fighter of the decade and unanimously P4P#1. Floyd is American so PPV #'s are skewed. Manny is a bigger world wide draw. Floyd was rocked and hurt like never before against Shane and he should be even more scared of Manny than before the Mosley fight.
If Floyd does not make this fight happen for any reason the world will know he ducked Manny. Manny has too many offensive weapons not to knock Floyd out. Floyd only can win be decision. Floyd's fights are so boring because they have been hand picked since he started his career.

You stretching it. If you're going to break a tie, you have to go to the head 2 head match up first. COTTO > SHANE. Plus Margo is not related here coz neither Pac or Floyd fought him.

    Pac>Cotto
    Floyd>Shane
    Cotto>Shane
    :deal

    or

Pac destroyed DL Hoya > Floyd SD v DL Hoya (most people think Dl Hoya won)

Pac stopped Hatton in 2( in Hatton's best wt) > Floyd/Hatton tko(not Hatton's best wt).
    :deal

Most ppl believe Mosley-Cotto was a draw, and some have Mosley winning!!

By ur comparison w/common opponents u must of assumed Hatton was gonna beat Mayweather since he stopped Castillo in 4rds and Mayweather fought 24rds w/him. Or Maybe cause Oscar beat G. Hernandez in better fashion than Mayweather!!

And yeah, Pac fought weaker versions of both Oscar & Hatton & pls stop w/that BS bout most ppl believing Oscar beat Mayweather!! ****in Pathetic!!

I doubt either of them could make the weight unless they suddenly became terminally ill so I'm not sure what sort of response you're expecting.

How do you think 2001 Mayweather would have got on against any version of Marquez at that weight?

you are really seeing who really who wants to see this fight happen and who just wants their favorite figher to make the bigger money. for ****s sake, they should be pressuring floyd to make the fight and not to make one demands after the other.
