The hype and drama surrounding the fight hit its peak back in the winter of 2010. It was during that period when Mayweather remained silent and his boyfriend claimed no negotiations had taken place, that the fight should have taken place - not only because the eyes of the whole sporting world was glued on them, but because both fighters were coming off dominant wins and were closer to their primes. Anything we get now, will be a diluted version of what we could have seen last November when Manny had to fight Margarito instead. People are sick and tired of the topic, and more importantly, the fighters aren't getting any younger - which is what I suspect Mayweather is banking on. Pacquiao's fighting style isn't as forgiving as Mayweather's.

The proof is in the pudding, watch the fights from pacquiao vs cotto -clottey - mosley fight it becomes evident that he's slowed down, specifically his footwork, im not suprised with the punishment he's absorbed although it may not be much to the naked eye, but taking punches from bigger men is inevitably going to affect him..

How do you school someone when you did not even finish kindergarten education?

Sorry kid, it will be a close fight. But schooling Pacman... I don't think so.

Just because you saw how stupid Ortiz looked into that fight, attacking Floyds head on the ropes when Floyd is bending away from him doesn't mean Pacman will do the same. Pacman will pound Floyd's body if he will do that.

Body head body head body head.

it could also go against Mayweather. Pacquiao is very active compare to Mayweather who only fights once a year and this time, the fight didn't even last long. Floyd will probably need another tune up for that latest tuneup he just had.

when was the last time we saw pacquiao in their with a true boxer? Hatton? De la hoya? Cotto? Clottey? Margarito? Mosley? he's proven he's the best '' fighter'' by the words literal sense, in the boxing world, and excellent match making by roach has speeded his rise to the top, but stylistically floyd is totally different to the guys aforementioned...

PBF is simply scared....you can best on a load of PED's but if one is supposedly more skillful and so confident to beat you in war of words, then simply fight regardless....proving a point....he has doubts of losing his "0" because PAC has destroyed same opponents more convincingly. He sees a style that he'll have issues with and good enough to stick with a gameplan because PAC has a great coach in Roach. Let's not get in to the "washed up" vs theory....once again because we can go in circles.
