Williams wins by decision. Williams is too much for ANYONE at this point, don't let the Quintana fight deceive you, they had a rematch and we saw what we were supposed to see.
i wouldn't underestimate floyd, but it's difficult to imagine williams losing to anyone right now (unless there's another freak incident like the 1st quintana bout)
He got caught early? So what? Quintana was never anything but a C level fighter in the first place, but even he was able to counter punch Williams to a decision. Why was that? CErtainly wasnt an off night seeing as how he still does the same thing he does then. Gives up his height, doesnt jab and just seeks to throw 1000 punches until the other guy quits.

the guy lost a 12 round fight its not like he got a lucky ko, he simply got ouboxed lets not overlook that. quintana beat williams fair and square over 12 whole rounds close fight but give the man some credit. even if he did get ktfo the 2nd fight
After Williams fought Matthyse I was on here shouting that Paul Williams would hand Mayweather his first loss at 154. A few years later and it doesnt seem far fetched at all.
Williams' intensity would be enough to win via decision, in my eyes. Floyd's defence would be tested to the max if he ever thought Williams- what with the punch output and extremely long jab. This fight has 0% chance of happening for those reasons, though!
floyd wins ud definitely outboxes williams (see quintana williams 1) he doesn't really adjust during fights, he gets away with throwing tons of punches no way in hell that works with floyd he's to ring savy
williams doesn't really use his size he won't fight outside all night and if so floyd would just pot shot him to death
