Whats your point? PBF`s style is his style.His a boxer 1st whats so difficult about that to understand? He doesnt go hunting for the KO but if the KO comes he knocks them out simple.Name me 1 fight where he had a fighter on ***** street and simply backed off?

 

His power is okay at wealterweight, I would rate a 6/10. I still think he would more effective if he threw more punches. That's probably the one thing I would change about his style.

Most of his KO against Elite & Good fighters are early stoppage or by accumulation or Corner stoppage.

Well it's obvious that PBF and you doesn't have the same level of thinking but it doesn't show any sign of being gay. That shows smartness . . . if anything. :yep

 

The problem with PBF's style, is that it looks risky. I've never seen a fighter elude punches like he does, and he basically leaves himself wide open doing it. Your start thinking if he continues to elude punches like that, he's going to get nailed, it's really scary. There is plenty of defensive fighters out there that are similar to Mayweather, such as Ivan Calderon, but they don't elude punches like Mayweather and leave themselves wide open. Maybe if he was more defensive in a traditional manner, and threw more punches, he won't have to rely on moving and flexing his body like a worm. But then again he's been doing it all his career.

I'm going to have to disagree with you here. Mayweather does not leave himself wide open. In fact, many times he throws punches while still in a defensive position. His opponents would have a much higher connect percentage if he was leaving himself wide open as you say. Yes, Mayweather does dodge punches, but many times he simply blocks, or slips them. He is also good at angling his body so that he doesn't take the full force of his opponent's punches.

 

Boxing is the art of hitting without being hit.PBF does this exceptionally as have done the greats before him like Ali Pep RJJ and Sugar Ray Robinson.If you cant appreciate that maybe its you who`s watching the wrong sport.

You might want to watch there earlier careers when they didnt get hit.

 

I dont think he has NO power.. Delahoya woudlnt have respected him if he had no power and that was at 154. And if you watched the fight he buzzed Delahoya a few times. Nothing major but he did buzz him
