    Gone under the radar with all the Joshua related news and Dazn announcements. Gavin will have a 2nd crack at a world title in LA on Oct 20th.

    Seems a Huge step up from Gamal Yafai but fair to the lad for taking the fight.

    He’s not getting any younger and I suppose he’s getting a decent payday for it too. Probably too good to turn down at this stage in his career.

    Yeah glad to see Gavin get the chance. DAZN deal good for British fighters with low/medium profiles as it allows them to get well paid for big fights. Would both Callum Johnson and Gavin McDonnall have got these world title shots without it?

    well johnson was mandatory so yes he would, and eddie got gavin the wbc title shot last year so he would have got him another one at some point, i mean he managed to get paul the real gone kid smith a title shot..
