    Don't really see how anyone could give Vera anything more than one round. Thought Atlas' card was far more accurate than the judges.

    I have to say, the difference in sparring between here and the States was brought home by Hopkins little contribution. You really can't buy that sort of experience and, sadly, there's no way that McEwan will get anything like that sparring in the UK. I remember watching Craig as an amateur in the Four nations and I really hope he makes an impact.

    Saw the fight on Sunday night around 2.30sh and Craig looked useful and would like to see him come back here to show people how good he is.Agree Roach is the best in the business when it comes to training but fight fans in the UK( Scotland especially) would pay to see a good fighter like this and especially against serious opposition likeVera,instead of the crap served up by Warren
