McGuigan and Frampton

So what has happened here? Who is the happier with the settlement? Sorry am not fully up speed with this case

 

So one party clearly didn't want something to come out.

 

Frampton clearly happier with the settlement. No shock, seeing as all the emails were found and suddenly Barry wants to settle. Crook.

 

Well reading between the lines of Frampton's statement I don't think it's him...

 

The emails which would have cleared up a lot are gone...then suddenly the 10,000 emails are found & the case is settled a few days later...

Neither came out of this looking well, but Carl’s the only winner.

 

The Mcguigan’s found the emails, and framptons lawyer didn’t want to use them in court..

 

So whose paid who ? I thought they were both trying to sue each other ?? Seems like Carl had recieved some sort of money from the cyclone outfit or is this incorrect ?

 

Wasn't Frampton the best man at the sons wedding? All seemed very close in this BBC documentary a few years back.

All very sad whatever happened.

 

It's very obvious who has come out on top.
