me knee keeps making a clicking noise and it really hurts any one know what it could be it worse when sparring
Could be a tear in ur Meniscus cartilage. That would cause clicking and depending how bad can cause pain.
Depends. IS it happening mostly while running? I do a lot of running and had a similar thing wrong in my ankle and went and got a new pair of running shoes and it help a lot. A new pair of good shoes can be a huge help. Just make sure if you do try new shoes don't be cheap about it. Save money on a lot of things but not your shoes
