Zah Judah springs to mind, all the talent, just not dedicated enough mentally to fulfill. I would say maybe Amir khan in the sense of he just can not stick to a game plan, plenty of talent, but as soon as he gets tagged he goes into macho overdrive which leads to the KO. Audley Harrison, no confidence in his own ability to take a shot, which led to him being so stick and gunshy.
I agree with Cintron and Ortiz. McCall had a serious drug problem in his breakdown. I think that is a different matter entirely. Getting into the ring with those type of drug issues is a horrible idea.
