People sometimes scoff at "friendships" developed online as somehow not real. I say bull**** to that. They make you feel the same way. Hell, my wife and I met in a runner's forum. I developed real-life friendships from that too. The marriage is sadly no more, but it happened. This is all real.
It's not lost on me that I ought to PM a lot more people on here than I do, especially after not realising that another member has passed and that there are plenty of people on here who I like and respect very much. Merry Christmas all, this forum is an important part of my life and has helped me through some dark and shyte hours over the years. Still does.
