Mesi makes easy work of Minto.

KO before the end of the 6th.

I think this could be the fight to prove to Mesi he needs to quit.

Minto might not be heading to the hall of fame but Mesi has looked awful in his comeback. He's lost his edge and doesn't seem to be able to get it back.

    Minto will knock Mesi out.

This is the first good fight for Mesi since he's come back. Three years ago this would have been an insult to him, but today I cannot pick who would win so in my mind it's a good matchup.

Mesi hasn't looked great in his comeback and Minto is a tough but limited customer. Could go either way but I'd lean toward Minto basically out-toughing Mesi. I think the fight might be back at Mountaineer and if so I'd probably make the short trip to see it. Hope it comes off.

I think it can be summed up in one word....ENTERTAINING!!!!!

There is no doubt that Minto will bring the fight, has heart, and will be in condition as this is fight that could lead to a title fight for the winner. Shades of Mesi vs Jirov, hopefully without the inury incurred ending. This is Minto's opportunity to showcase his ability to be more than a marginal contender.

Mesi should be favored, but this is the type of matchup that will test where he is going with this comeback. If he cant beat Minto? Then he should really consider ending the return and save himself serious punishment vs top guy's.

Nothing wrong with this matchup, WHATSOEVER!!!!! The fight will be PPV, but that's also not a bad thing yet. If they put another couple of decent fights on the undercard?? This card will be very fan friendly and buyable.

Minto may not be top-tier but, he's as close as Mesi's ever been to it. This could potentially be an entertaining fight...I guess I'd favor Minto, which isn't very common.

Mesi by decision, although I don't have a whole lot of confidence in that pick.

Where? Isn't Mesi still uncommissionable in all the states that matter?

He hasn't reapplied for licensing in New York, but he might not have to if he fights on Indian land.

The Senaca Nation of Indians just formed a boxing commission.

And where is the newest Senaca casino located? On Indian land in the heart of downtown Buffalo, three blocks away from HSBC Arena.
