had a piece about about froch v taylor! Did someone their see it on eurosport 2 last night and think I'll write about that! I'm all for boxing in the papers and raising profile but only if relevant. That could have been used for a mitchell piece, or afolabi which in the london edition would have more relevance than an old froch fight!

Worst newspaper.......EVER. Half the news is out of date by a day or two. Dont even have football results which go into extra time most of the time. Dont even start on the Boxing... and they happen to regularly have photos of different people to whom they are actually referring to.... But...its free...
Yeah I saw that on the way home today, presumed it was some piece tied to the BBC SPOTY?? there was quite a few boxing episodes in this issue
If you look at the top of the page it says something like " the year in Sport " or words to that effect. Even the Metro aint that out of date
Hahahaha, ****ing hell lads, flip the coin. It said 'Highlights of the Year' on the top of the page. It also had a picture and a few inches on Jones/Green, a wicked day for Boxing press! Metro is a great paper Boxing coverage.
There was also something about DeGale saying he expects to be challenging for a British title by next summer at the latest.

Its a free newspaper. And Froch - Taylor article is in their "vote for memorable sport event" section, on the other page is a piece on RJJ being sparked and DeGales plans for 2010. What exactly are you complaining about?
buy the sun for good boxing coverage always gets behind the fighters and guranteed a page a day on the week of the fight. better yet go out and buy ring magazine.
