Mexican/Americans arent Mexican. They are American. Just because you throw on a sombrero and come out to mariachi music doesnt change the fact your ass grew up in the United States
They are part of Team MEXICO though because their parents are Mexican, and raised mexican... ust cause they were born here doesn't mean they don't walk around saying they ain't mexican...

Victor Ortiz, Jessie Vargas, Josesito Lopez, Adrian Hernandez, Abner Mares - As soomeone who isn't mexican, I look at these as Mexican fighters.
Abner Mares was born in Mexico, lived many years in Mexico and fought for Mexico in the Pan American games, Summer Olympic games and many other international amateur tournaments. Mares is as Mexican as you're gonna get.
