He has a way better chin as a bulked up CW than many HWs out there. I also don't agree that he doesn't use his CW attributes, his movement is sublime. He just 12-0'd Kuzmin, (two rounds for Kuzmin would have been acceptable) and he got hit flush and probably stunned once in the whole fight at the end of one of the 9th round. He stands close to bait his opponents IMO. Hunter-Whyte would be a good fight and I think Whyte would get Bakole'd tbh.
lol sorry, I am having a seriously hard time comprehending the statement that "his movement is sublime". lol what? My brain just froze, like are you being dead serious? Sublime? Out of all the fighters in history, Hunter's movement is sublime?
Yes his movement is ****ing fantastic. Did you even watch the fight on the weekend? He controlled the distance throughout the fight and made Kuzmin look like a rank novice.
I watched Hunter vs Kuzmin... just to check we are talking about the same fight....and Kuzmin caught Hunter plenty, moved at the same speed, their difference in movement was negligible... maybe Hunter has the upperhand in positioning, but movement? No way is he sublime... Hunter does the same thing he always does, gets embroiled in a brawl... he is a brawler... Roy Jones? Sublime movement Sublime is a very strong word... hell Oscar Rivas has way better movement than Hunter, he ducks in and out with perfect timing, ducks down, weaves, can make you miss all your combos, and leap up and smack you in the face. Oscar Rivas is well above Hunter in movement IMO. But I guess we all see what we want to see. I have no reason to lie, if Hunter has a notable quality or attribute, I'll happily confirm. But his movement ain't one of 'em. And is Kuzmin a somebody at HW? If we are talking about Hunter beating the elite, and walking over people like Whyte... am I supposed to be impressed with a UD over Kuzmin? I am sure Whyte can put Kuzmin away, no problems at all, I would put money on that.
There's a lot to like about Hunter, mostly his apparent willingness to just want to get out and fight someone good. Him and Povetkin is a terrific fight, one I probably favour Hunter in now
