It's not when it happened, it's where it happened. In his own mind

I will probably regret this but why do they add the (e) suffix on his name? It's impetus is no doubt stupid and not even remotely clever.

Not really, if anything he gets under rated just like most boxers who suffer a few losses. Most people who know about boxing will tell you he has been a very good boxer.

Yeah, a forum troll's opinion means more than the actual boxing industry's opinion with regards to Cotto. Miguel is a first ballot hall of famer and is one of the few throwback fighters of this generation. He takes the old school approach and has fought just about everybody that mattered in his career. Now he is getting ready to take on the young Mexican superstar in Canelo. He has the career that young fighters look up to and would love to follow.

Cotto is not the best, but hes willing to fight the best, and wins some of the time.

Cotto's resume is one of the best in boxing today. Overrated? I think not.

You do know that Mayweather has immense respect for Cotto, since years before they fought, right?

This Harris guy and his aliases here on ESB, are making this forum a joke, this guy hate every boxer not named Floyd and blatantly hate every puertorican boxer, sure something happened when he was young against a puertorican, feel bad for him.

i give cotto props for having an above average career, he is a skilled fighter, overall in his career i do not think he is overrated. right now 2015 he is super overrated and if he beats a live body like a canelo or better i will be shocked. cottos wins over rodriguez and martinez are smoke and mirrors before that he got schooled by trout, if canelo beats cotto i bet 75 percent of boxers on here will not give canelo credit and say cotto is washed up.
