Is everyone still gna dog Mollo after he knocks Szpilkas head off his shoulders or will we hear how Szpilkas just not that elite! Mollos a warrior and he's in the best shape of his career! U think He tasted Mollos best punch lol... l'd hate to be Szpilka face right now! Mollo victorious by KO within 3!
Is anyone else planning on watching this fight in person? It would be cool to meet up with people and talk boxing. Anyway, this is going to be a great event, and I can't believe that it's actually taking place at U.S. Cellular Field. This is the biggest boxing event in Chicago that I can personally remember.
Mollo got robbed the first time around. It was pathetic. Why bother even putting on a fight if they're going to pay off the referee like that to ruin it? Why not just have the fighters enter the ring and then raise the arm of one of them without having the men go through with the effort of throwing any punches? Regardless of Mollo getting robbed in his first encounter with Spilzka I don't know if he'll have the same success this time around and then again he could do even better, we'll just have to wait and see. I'm rooting for Mike Mollo. And I'm making lets not call it a prediction but rather an attempt at a lucky guess that this time around Mike wins by Ko.
Goodolboy, Can't agree with you more... I'll be sitting on the home team dugout side and this is going to be an electric fight! A lot of American and Polish fans but more than anything "boxing" fans! This is a great fight for all is fans! Mollo will get it done no doubt!
Mollo is one big heart warrior.this guy cant walk straight from exhaustion but still punching.his fight vs Golota was hilarious. He couldn't walk he was so tired.never seen so tired fighter in the ring than Mollo in Golota fight.
Exhausted but never gives up... Ever! He can take Szpilkas left all night wo issue, it was a good shot that he couldn't see period. Szpilka won't even hurt him this time around, unless he gets away with a few more elbows! Either way we'll see a much better version of Mollo, and we'll find out if Szpilka makes the right adjustments. Piece of advise::admin Szpilka, hide ur chain dawg, cuz ur about to get a visit from "DEBO"!!!
Mollo sure knows how to sell a fight! What's this I hear that he broke his arm and had cuts on his eyes weeks prior to the 1st fight.... come on man haha he is a warrior -- no more excuses. If he real is the warrior he claims, lets see it this Friday. Mollo has a chance in the first 3 rounds...after that I think he is too big and muscular to match Szpilka's far greater conditioning. You won't want to be late for this fight!!! If Szpilka survives Mike's bombs in the first few minutes, Mollo will be gassed and lose.
Excuses excuses. I can make some too. So here we go: Szpilka is still obviously wet behind his ears. Yet, he took on a guy with 25 fights (and only 4 losses) and despite making mistakes, finished him off with a beautiful, clean knock out. Not too shabby for his 14th fight. In addition, this was Szpilka's 8th fight in 20 months (this translates to a fight every two and half months!), so he was bound to be exhausted. Plus he was coming off a broken leg injury, before the Mollo fight. See everyone has a story and excuses are therefore easy to come by. What matters most are results. And we all saw what the result was. Timber!
The referee could only have gone further by physically punching Mollo himself. When you have a referee that's accepted that much money from one of the fighters and works that hard to try to guarantee that he wins then the outcome can only be described as a robbery.
