Balls made of steel or balls made of cardboard?

Steely balls. I can't really say he was made of cardboard at any time of his career since he took his beatings like a man, sans Holyfield II, and even then I don't think he tried to foul out of the fight.

"How come he didn't fight a prime Lennox Lewis?"

Well, he did, or very nearly, and when he was a mere shell of a fighter.

    Balls of steel right there.

  6. Fights fell apart due to other reasons .
i had read bowe and tyson swore that they would not fight eachother .

With lewis, there was 1 money issue and 1 issue with the making of the fight .
    facts ^^

    Therefore ,
he does have the balls of a bull, pure steel, believe it homies !

It's quite simple; Tyson snapped but I don't think he thought he was gonna get DQ'd.

He could've kicked Evan in the nuts Elijah Tillery style.

Tyson was a great on top fighter -his power, speed, and intimidation gave him confidence. But when in tough fights he never quite had the heart and desire to comeback when in a crisis and pull out the win.

Beaten by Douglas in his prime, and Holyfield when slightly past his prime.

People more or less ignore his defeat to Lewis. He was well past his prime, yes. But thats what being a great fighter is all about - Pulling out wins when way past your prime.

Robinson did it against Basilio. Ali against Shavers and the rematch with Spinks. Duran against Barkley, etc.
