Mile Run

    ...............In high school we had to do a fitness test thing, and they timed us for the mile. At the time, I was boxing, and doing roadwork in a rather pedantic, lazy style of jogging about five miles a day, everyday. I clocked 5:45 that day. It makes me wish I'd taken running more seriously for running's sake, but whaddya do.........


    Now, at 40, I do a mile in 6:30, but it's improving. By the time I quit worrying about such trifling stuff I want to be at about 6:15, maybe even 6:10.

    i did 1500m in 5.01
    im 5'8 and 145 pounds
    wen i ran that i was 5'8 an 122 pounds
    but i dislocated my knee
    i might b able to it faster now im not sure the extra weight isnt really fat

    My best time was 5:15 when is was 19. and 133-140 lbs.
    I timed my self about a month ago 6:40 35yrs 165 lbs.
