Miranda targets Bute

Interbox is trying to have Bute fight in another optional defense before taking on Andrade... so all in all, there's time for Bute - Miranda first.

 

Oh yea. 2 week notice. That was a realistic offer :roll:

 

If Bute may already have something in the works and it is a big name, OK. But if he hasnt signed anything, why not fight the big name in Miranda and get some notice here in the USA?

 

I wasn't aware that Miranda was a big name, doubtful that casual fans are very familiar with him.:yep

 

I can gurantee you that Miranda will have a much much bigger name then any other voluntary he may fight.

 

Miranda vs Bute in Montreal....Interbox will not even pick up the phone to listen if GYM is in the mix as Warriors' partner like it was supposed to be with Kessler-Miranda if the fight would have been held in Montreal.

I have to admit that would be an entertaining fight.

 

It will never happen. Interbox said it themselves, they want Bute to stay at the top for a long long time. No reason to rush in stupid matchups like these ones.

If Miranda gets mandatory, fine. The likes of Miranda, puncher boxers, will always be avoided unless they are mandatory.

Bute has other fish to fry

 

Pascal needs a tune-up fight to secure himself and GYM about the status of his injured shoulder. He must be able to hit with his both hands before taking on Miranda. Otherwise, he will have the same ending as Banks.

 

Well then there is only one way: earn the shot - become mandatory for a title - but of course that means boxing and beating good boxers - not just running your mouth

 

Again, for all the people saying Bute will easily beat Miranda why doesn't he take the fight. It is clear that American television likes Miranda, he has been on HBO, ESPN, Showtime was going to pick up the Kessler match, why won't Bute take the fight and make some easy money and get his name out.

 

why doesn't Miranda try and earn some of these fights in the ring as opposed to with his mouth?

 

Of course a promoter wants to protect his fighter but money talks and if Interbox and Bute can both make much more money fighting Miranda then fighting a guy like Haussler, they should go for Miranda.

 

Last time I checked he had two fights lined up and the two fighters pulled out, what is he supposed to do?

Well, relax a bit there champ. We heard yesterday that Kessler was out and Miranda made that challenge a few minutes ago. Fights aren't made that fast.
