Jimmy tibbs is very good on the pads there is something bout them too there really hard I think he said naseem lasted 12 round on them no one else has but 3 or 4 rounds with him has u really going,

He just holds the pad and lets Kev let full, hard, fast punches off rather than slappy ****. I think Kev properly ducks under punches too. Rather than slappy, trainers doing all the work, fighter not moving properly rubbish.

I agree, he wasn't perfect. Tibbs is old. Kev seems to stay moving on his own but more would be better.

Not talking technical or as a complete pads man, simply that he is keeping his hands still and we can see good, fast, hard punches.

It's just a media workout but most padsmen are **** and offer **** advice. Tibbs legacy speaks for itself but I'm critical of 99.9% of everyone in boxing but then again who am I to talk.
