theres a brit on tonight m not a fan of mma but i feel im pissed and should support him even though from what i gather hes horribly mismatched in this fight anyone else staying up to suport him even though hes playing the devils game
No, last time I stayed up to watch a Brit (Bisping I think it was), I was disgusted with what I seen.
Not particularly interested to be honest mate. MMA is a lot more dangerous when these kind of mismatches are made. I hope he's ok come the end of the fight but in all honesty I don't want a Brit to do well in the sport as i'll have to endure seeing more idiots walking around in the UFC gear thinking they are ten men. Keep it to the homo's in the States :deal
Spot on mate. I was trying to like the sport I really was but that was disgusting. The **** even said afterwards he knew he wasn't making it up and only dropped that elbow on him to shut him up. Hardy said after his last fight he was a few fights off GSP. To be honest i'm not a fan i find it barbaric at the best of times. I hope Hardy does it...he can dig a bit and GSP i heard has a dodgy biscuit tin but he have to rely on more then that to win GSP is someone i respect for his craft and dedication.
Yeah mate. He did like a contender series where he was the manager of a group of Brits and this American fighter Henderson was the manager of another group of yanks. Coaching them up from what I can see. Well the UK team beat the US team handily by all acounts but Henderson and Bisping both did not get on at all. They ended up fighting themselves on a show a month or so later (I don't know whether they were scheduled to anyway or it was because of what went on in the 'show') Anyway after much pre fight verbals they got in the ring and Henderson knocked Bisping clean out. Bisping was ****ed, totally out of it as soon as the punch landed. He then dropped, smashing his head off the floor. Henderson (knowing full well that he wasn't getting back up) ran across the ring, jumped up into the air and dropped a forearm smash into an unconscious bisping's face. Horrible to watch mate. It would have been like Julian Jackson attacking Herol Graham after that KO
Yep that was ****ing disgraceful. I didn't watch it for a while because of that. I appreciate good skill and honor in a ring or octagon but that has no place but on the street after a night out.
sounds like a **** .............. bisping that is the sheer violance is one of the reasons i dont enjoy watching the sport. i can deal with a boxing beat down as its up to he ref and i all honesty if the ref is on top he can get the man outa there before he gets shafted ill give it a go tonight and try to enjoy but its just not cricket for me
Hagman, just search for Bisping/Henderson on Youtube. this should provide you with enough of an idea and convinve you to watch Abraham/Dirrell instead (assuming the shows interfere with each other)
just watched it on youtube ad if im honest i ca see why he wet for the smash after the knockout punch for me theres no way in the heat of the battle he could have kno he was out till too violent for my taste ill stick to dirrel as sugested bud unless they dnt clash the ill give ufc a fair crack of the whip
