    Any one got any interviews, rare pictures of monzon, his fights with tonna and moyer, any intresting stories about this man? what are your thoughts on the monzon/conteh fight that was so close to happening! and his friendship with victor galidnez

    theres plenty intresting about Monzon

    in fact im writing an article about him but im not that far into it as its a big 'un.

    before you finish you need top get some monzon interviews, and some of his rare fights like brisco 1 i think espn have it, , and his fights with tonna and moyer, did you know that monzon got beat on points in that fight he got dropped 3 times and nearly stopped but it was early in his career

    yeh i know about that figths, i know someone with Briscoe 1

    and ill see if RB has the other 2

    interviews are hard to find though

    What is your source on this...I have never heard Foster talk about it?

    Don't think Monzon would have been around very long in that fight.

    I have both Tonna and Moyer. Monzon was not dropped in either. The Moyer stoppage is strange and many claimed that the ref, who flew to the fight with Monzon, was in the bag but Monzon was not dropped three times.

    i disnt say he dropped 3 times, read the tthread again, i said he was dropped 3 times early on in his career

    Makes its sound like you are referring to the Moyer fight...
