This is a joke, no? I'm a big Shane fan and I don't want to see this fight happen. If this was Shane from several years ago, sure. Shane's been on the slide for some time now though.

Maybe if it was 18 months ago :)

  4. now that i think about it, shane's hunger is unexplainable. he'd be a very live underdog in that fight. he could very possibly ko manny.

Man, Pacquiao doesn't fight skilled guys for a reason.

Watch him sparring with Khan. He's awful against that type of guy.

Pacquiao will retire having plain ducked Mosely. He had no excuse for turining down that fight after he destroyed Margarito, other than extreme cowardice

Man, have you ever considered why Manny only fights brawlers?

And turned down superfights with Marquez and Mosely?

He's plain protected against skilled guys. Moment he gets in the ring with anyone who can duck, it will be the Marquez fight all over again

:think That's exactly how I feel about a possible Mayweather/Pacquiao fight.

Man, you got to understand how hype works.

What's manny fought since Marquez made him look plain average?

A long list of brawlers, who just turn up and trade with him. Nobody with the skill to slip shots, move, counter, and make him look bad.

He's been plain protected from that. As they know full well the moment he steps in with a skilled guy, his reputation goes back to what it was with Marquez.

He's probably walked away from $40 million from fights with Marquez and Mosely. And it's a good reason. Roach knows who he can beat and who he can't.

Watch Pacquiao with Clottey - a guy who didn't come to just trade. Clottey landed numerous bombs on him. Pacquiao barely landed a shot.

If that was Shane throwing those punches, he'd have been knocked out. Beaten up man.

Seriously, Pacquiao will beat any brawler you want him to beat.

Let's stop pretending he's ever done anything against anyone with real skill and class

Not a Pac fan but I feel he beat's this version of Shane by TKO. Can't see Shane getting sparked out totally but no way can todays Mosley keep up with Pacs activity. Maybe he lands the money punch but I'm sure he'd have to follow up, couldnt do it against May and Pac took some bombs from Cotto and kept coming. How todays Mosley beats Pac I do not know, more skilled no doubt naturally but how's two rounds of skill gonna win a 12 round fight? I don't think Shane has the intelligence to fight in bursts and bag enough rounds to beat Pac whilst keeping him off him.

Seeing how Mosley gassed out against Floyd, there is no doubt Pac will be landing at will against Mosley circa 9th round.

Mosley beats Pacman at any weight.
Pacman's best option is to do a Calzaghe and wait another 2-4 years before meeting Mosley after Shane ages some more.
It's ok to use that strategy ONCE IN AWHILE like Haye is doing to the Klits, but it's not cool to do it for a whole career.
