the double standards are hilarious because so many people were saying that Mosley was shot and past his best for Cotto, Mayorga, and going into the Margarito fight but then all of a sudden he agrees to fight Floyd and he is in his prime and at the top of his game. Anyways I've never said he was shot and still don't think he is but I'd guess he's at about 75% of his best.

Mosley looks beaten and puffy.Asked how the fight with Floyd would go,someone had to tell him to say 'Floyd would be knocked out'.I never believed Mosley could beat Floyd even when he was at his peak.Floyd's the most complete fighter of our generation.
I never knew Shane was a quick talker so thats news to me. The guy is in shape so yeah he looks like hes 155 pounds probablly thats nothing new. Mosley stood in front of Floyd and you can tell hes slightly bigger. Mosley had tight clothes and Mayweather had on baggy clothes that looked like a bad tailor job.
People are making a way too big of a deal about this. Shane has never been an articulate speaker in the past. Just look at his interviews over the years, and you'll find he answers questions with full simplicity, and never really surprises you with his choice of words. Now with this in mind, you're obviously going to see a massive contrast when you put him next to a loud & brash Floyd Mayweather. Who may I add, isn't the best speaker himself. Stutters, very repetitive, and even seems pre-rehearsed in his statements. The only thing he does well is shout over others. And shouting over a quite and humble Shane Mosley is not exactly hard to do
Margarito is a borderline cakewalk for anyone who can box, and it stuns me that people can't see this. Imagine the Cotto fight with Cotto clinching. It'd have been all but a shutout.
I doubt a fighter can be "weight-drained" so far away from fight night. If he looks different to you it probably has more to do with age than weight. The slurred speech is scary though. I haven't seen the videos but if it's true, I'm confident Shane is smart enough to call it quits after this jackpot payday.
