Throw 1 punch and hold is old school? Joe Frazier and George Foreman would beg to differ.

If you truly believe that then you don't know what the hell you're watching, both you and that poster you quoted. Hopkins is old and what he does is very obvious, he times every move and when he plans to do it depending on opponent because he CAN'T afford to stay too active and run out of gas late. He still needs to save it up to keep his movement up otherwise he will be forced in a position where he will be cornered and hit without having the legs to pull him out of it.

In his last few fights Ruiz has been more active in the ring than given credit for. He's the one that exchanged with Valuev and opened up for exchanges.

Joshua Clottey just has this disposition of never finishing off his meal and its frustrating, A beast without claws.

True, he's in the same mold as Juarez in the killer instinct dept. The difference is we know Juarez has stopping power that he simply isn't applying; Clottey only looks like he might with his physique.

    James Toney.

All that ability and boxing knowledge but repeatedly shows up fat for important fights.
