    Huge fight...NOEL, make it happen.

in Auckland it sells because of alex's samoan heritage.

i like alex by violent KO early

If Alex can't get the KO within 4rds then he will be in trouble getting a decision over 10 or 12rds

These fights should be getting made on a regular basis ,the trouble down under is you never fight anyone of note until your Pan Asian titles get you an undeverved shot and then the gulf in class shows . Make fights like this happen not just in this instance but every time a couple of blokes get to national level .

Blokes like you are killing the sport down under not wanting the best to fight the best , no wonder guys like Lucas **** off from down there to test themselves , if i was Shane i would fight Alex and move on to where the action was if i won , why fight infront of a few thousand ******s like you when he could possibly make it big either here , Germany or the states .

**** off lucas did the right thing in order to progress his career, whats the point staying down here and stewing over potential fights with other local heavies that never get made

So Lucas has chosen the UK path, good luck to him but his last fight/opponent was average considering he's under the guidence of Hatton.

Alongside Jose, good to hear some rationality:good Smart decision by Lucas, his opportunities will come with Hatton.

Mel the heavyweight scene is stacked here in the UK mate you can't just waltz in and demand a top draw fight v one of the top ten , Hatton has been in the sport many years as a fighter and i hope he is mulling over if Lucas has the talent or not to challenge at the higest level here , if he has i reckon Lucas's handlers have made a smart decision in bringing him hiere , they know what has to be done to get a crack at the commonwealth title , Noel had doors closed in his face when it came to Alex fighting for the Commonwealth title and i appears lessons were learn't , obviously it would have been GREAT for the Commonwealth title if we would have had the class of Alex Leapia fighting for the title but as his brother Leati ( Lionheart ) said on here "Alex has family and commitments in Australia and couldn't just leave Australia for a few years in his quest " understandable so Noel went down another route and unfortunetly they chose Kev Johnson , Alex i'm sure will fight back as he has heart . but you are a tad off knocking Lucas's current level of opponent .
