Apologies - I know this is nt your usual post - but a good place to ask for advice. For all those who box / have boxed, I brought my son a mouthguard for rugby (assuming same type used for boxing) - ‘Sondico Gel-Core Mouthguard’. Trouble is I’ve lost any instructions. Anyone know if this is the type you boil to mould into shape? Thanks folks - don’t want to poison the lad!
Cheers - just wanted to check you used hot water on all gel guards as I couldn’t find instructions for the specific one I’d brought. Never boxed or played rugby so all new to me. Thanks though
