I understand a lot of people here have a hate for Anthony. All of the haters state choc wont fight Pavlik. Well thats 100% wrong. Then when you are told Khoder had talks with Pavliks manager Cameron Dunkin but HBO decided to go with the Argentinian your comeback is prove it. He has beat Green, Geale and everybody else around here but instead of getting behind him everybody wants a rematch hoping he will have an off night. I know he sometimes says things people dont like to hear but thats him. His father never bad mouthed anyone but he received the same treatment from the Australian public. Tell me I am wrong?

It's good to receive info from close to the source Flash. Having said that, it's all about the yellow bit highlighted above. Some time ago Anthony worked out that unpopularity helps fill stadiums. The upside is the money. The downside is you don't end up popular. Pretty simple really. When I was a kid in the early 70's Tony Mundine Snr was my favourite fighter, bar nobody! I don't feel the same way about Anthony the boxer, and didn't respect his 'I'm bigger than the team' attitude as a footballer either.
