Does anyone take this? Would you recommend it, if so when and where?

Too expensive for me. I just stick with regular whey protein post workout.

It's basically cheap protein with a quarter of a cheap multi-vitamin, and some cheap cooking oil for lipids/fats.

Good protein that is fairly priced might be the Elite brand. If you get stomach issues, you might check out T-muscle.com for proteins, or spend some money on Optimum which is top notch, but expensive.

A good, inbetween brand seems to be Elite.

muscle milk is ****ing expensive, waste of money in my opinion.

ON isnt that expensive, especially if you order online. Its cheaper than muscle milk. I like ON and dymatize. I havent tried many other brands other than GNC which is shitty compared to the other two and not any cheaper.

The only reason you should be spending more money for whey is if you are lactose intolerant and need an isolate.
