Everytime I go out for a run, by the end my legs muscles confuse me. It feels as the my left thigh muscles get a good workout and my right calf muscles get a good work out. The other parts of my legs just feel normal. Also, I'm right handed, when I do push-ups it feels like my right tricep gets more of a work out then my left, does this have something to do with my being right handed?

And the running thing, is that normal?

...with the push ups...when you start to fatigue, you most likely dependent on your dominant arm to get you through your final reps. [your right right?]

Gatto pretty much answered it. When your start to get tired, your form is weakened so you'll start to use habits as a crutch like using one arm to push the weight more so than the other.

concentrate on every move, making sure all you bodyweight is evenly distributed and slow things down alittle. The more you concentrate the more you will realise just how often this happens with your body when undertaking exercise.

Video youself running. Chances are you are not running with an even gait if you feel it differently in your legs. Video from the front, behind and side and see if you can see any uneveness.

Could be a lot of reasons other than uneven gait. you might have slightly diferent length legs or a slight hip displacement or anything like that. Mightbe an idea to speak to a sports doctor and / or osteopath.
