I thought of British fighters If they were from the same era who would have been great match ups style wise. If they were the same era and fought who do people think would win ? Benn v Froch Harrison v Frampton Bruno v Haye Saunders v Eubank Sr (at MW).

Benn v Froch is a real toss of the coin fight in an absolute war. Frampton to beat Harrison on points. Bruno v Haye....... Hmmm in a battle of fragile fighters I would choose Bruno to come out on top. Saunders would take some early rounds but down the stretch I see Eubank Sr scoring a ko.
Calzaghe to beat Froch 8 rounds to 4 unanimously. Hmmm Hamed v Frampton has got me thinking....? Possibly Hamed Lewis to ko Joshua round 6
Benn-Froch is nightmare to pick. I'll probably go with Froch but that's not with confidence. Great fight though. Haven't seen enough Harrison to fairly call that Haye, but I think it's a closer fight than some would have you believe. Eubank Sr. I rate Saunders and he put in a very good display against Lemieux but that was stylistically made for him. He may go on to prove he would be able to beat him but for now, I can't choose him
Joe C. Froch takes some rounds but not enough Urgh, tough one. Probably Hamed, if it's a young and tuned in hamed. Lewis, no question.
From the OP, Some tricky ones in there, I think Haye is too slick for Bruno (although it pains me to say it) I genuinely see Benn tiring later in the fight and Froch taking him out. I think modern conditioning and fitness win that one. Same story with Harrison who I don't see getting past Frampton. Snr Vs BJS super interesting fight and cannot call. Eubank was in beast mode but BJS the slicker boxer. Both granite chins. 50/50. @Twentyman Joe C/Hamed/Lewis and shouldn't really be up for debate!
Barry mcguigan v frampton. Froch v benn or collins is a proper dream fight. Harrison (prime) v frampton would also be a barnstormer Aj v lennox. Hatton v kell Hatton v khan Theyre the first that come to mind
I would fancy Froch to have beaten Benn in the war ofall wars. Style wise I think they would have been best match up on my list. Harrison would have either stopped Frampton or widely outpointed him as his volume was too much and I believe he had even better footwork than Carl. He was also fitter than Carl too. Bruno v Haye a real close fight, I see that 55/45 percent in Brunos favour though could go either way. At this stage I would go with a prime Eubdnk Sr to best BJS but only Just, though in 12 months I might have another opinion on that one.
If you could somehow transport a prime Barry Mcguigan to face Carl Frampton post Cyclone split. The Beef would be epic! +1 for Prime versions of: Khan v Kell or Hatton v either Surely Lennox destroys AJ. He almost got sparked by a 41 year old Wlad!
Even the Wayne McCullough that fought Naz might even beat Frampton! You would have to favour Hamed over Frampton big time. Lennox would KO Joshua surely. Hatton to beat the crap out of Khan at 140! Brook too big for Hatton. I always thought Witter had a good chance of beating Hatton, pity.
When we are talking Harrison v Frampton, I give the Jackal a very good chance of a late stoppage against Audley
