As usuall, there's the threat of the fight being stopped on cuts, but otherwise Napoles beats Norris, quite easily IMO.

I never saw Napoles live at 154, though he did k.o. Jean Josselin
when weighing 152 lbs. (Josselin was 5 years beyond his prime)

I know do what Norris can do.

Norris would be slightly bigger than Napoles, and as fast, plus he probably hit harder since he knocked out John Mugabi.

If Norris keeps his guard up, I go with Norris by UD. But if he has a lapse in defense, then Napoles tko's Norris in 8.

Jose Napoles by knockout within 5 rounds.

Too much power for Norris, and too much boxing ability combined in a smooth, controlled style.

I'm surprised at the lack of knowledge of the ESB staff!

we all know Napoles is great and none more so than I but Norris is the wrong opponent for him. Being the smaller opponent, he has to take the fight to a bigger and faster man. Terry can either tie him up or catch him coming in. Napoles was just a little welterweight, not much bigger than Pryor so there's no way he can possibly hurt him. But Terry with his size advantage can actually outmuscle Napoles. Too many physical advantages for Norris- size, speed, you name it.

The way I see it, this will turn out the way Monzon-Napoles did with Terry boxing and tying up his man when he gets close then start to put some hurting blows on more and more frequent until a profusely bleeding JN starts backing up. Ten rounds at most.

:rofl @ comparing it to Monzon/Napoles. You're such a clueless git.

And Norris never had anywhere near the boxing ability to Decision Napoles, don't know where that came from. Norris's glass chin would get tested early and often, and it wouldn't hold up.

Napoles was no Simon Brown, that's for sure.
