Probably a fight against some WBO top 15 ranked Albanian taxi driver who's never been stopped.

This is a very quick unification fight, only two defences of his title. Not many fighters have got one quicker.

That's exactly what you should be doing when there's a beatable champion out there, instead of fighting the likes of Karpency.

After Bellew there should have been a rematch or a unification, not a bus driver.

The other bus driver was just as bad, glad that got cancelled.

If Nathan sacks the old man he can go a long way and become a REAL world champion, top fighter. If he doesn't he'll be restricted.

In your eyes, would a win over Shumenov legitimise him somewhat? Would a win over someone else without a title be better?

    It would for me.

Someone else that's good without a title would do too, whether it's someone moving up from 168 or an existing 175lb'er.

Looking at Clev, there are stacks of good opponents out there that are beatable. Absolutely no need to look at Karpency's or Krasniqi's.

If they're gonna do that, might as well have rematches with Oakey and McIntosh - that's the sort of level that we're talking about.

It's not even that Karpency would be a decent domestic level banger. He's a bum, who's lost convincingly to a guy that Clev battered into submission.

What a waste, if it continues to be the case.

Cleverly is the future, even ATG Joe Calzaghe had his fair share of fruit & veg men on his record.

    What?

All I want is for a British fighter with great potential to actually realise said potential - not waste his time fighting opponents that my mother could extend.

    Nothing more.
