Neck Routine

    What do you guys reccomend as a routine for strengthening the neck. I got a neck strap and padded floor, so i can do raises and bridges. BTW i am pretty much a begginer. ive been trainin for about 2 months.

    do bridges definitely...3, 5 minutes, whatever....start with your hands so you don't snap your neck...then as you progress, make it harder.
