I am wanting to increase the strength and size of my neck and I was just wondering has anyone on here used one of those neck harness' that you can get and how effective are they, do you find it is useful for all 4 directions. Also what other good exercises are there for my neck.

I train my neck 3-4 times per week. I do alot of bridges front and back (Tyson did alot of these), I don't use a neck harness but what I use is rubber tubing with weights on the end and I hold it in my mouth. The thais use this for there neck training in Muay Thai. You can find clips of them doing this on youtube.

I find that this training has really helped increase my neck strength.

i own a neck harness but i do not use it. I do an exercise called yes/no's at the edge of the boxing ring. You start with your head over the edge. Do three sets of 20 doing yes' and another three sets of no's. Over exaggerate up and down/side to side movements to get the full rotation.
