Neck

I tried it once. Thought my **** was going to snap. Then i realised i wasnt Tyson. So i stopped.

 

That's on a reverse bridge btw. I can do a front bridge as well but only static, no movement.

 

You should be able to do it I think. It feels a bit freaky at first, the worst IMO was that it hurts on the top of the head so I put a folded towel underneath. My neck is about 15.5 inch btw, not pencil for a light welter :bart
