New Bagwork Video

    the shots were too low for the head. also, it was hard to tell at the beginning if you were orthodox or southpaw because you were too square on

    I hope for your sake, as I do for everyone that posts vids, that they seriously consider the negatives people post if they are constructive. It is sorta what a person should be looking for in replies. Ya know, to improve.

    I'm, not suggesting this is your case, but I often see people post this stuff, and they only respond or listen to the .."Oh man, ur great, that's awesome stuff" and glaze right over the criticism in a FU what do you know sorta way.

    I think vids are great to look for flaws in one's own technique. Far too many people on here try using them for approval. Watch how often it happens even on here. Someone posts a vid, and if everyone isn't "wowzers, ur awesumz" poof, the vid gets taken down or they disappear or some kinda shitfest happens.

    Anyway, this ain't directed at you...but needed to put it somewhere, so here it is.

    oh yea, put your damn guard up :)

    i switch hit a couple of times thru it thats wen im square on wen i turn southpaw

    i need to tuck the elbows in aswel
    punch higher
    move the head more
    thats what ive picked out that no-ones mentioned thus far
