Im not exactly a great nutrition guy but try to keep it fairly healthy drink mostly water get in some good carbs before your workouts you will need that since its summer time the heat and sun might drain you a bit plus your 15 you will need good energy once school goes back. Get in there and get yourself into a nice routine of course stretch real well, warm up maybe with a jump rope if you suck at it like me I used to just hope or the airdyne or a treadmill before boxing, spend a few rounds shadow boxing in front of the mirror focusing on your technique not just hands watch your feet and torso. Obviously get in the bag work, work on slipping underneath the rope your gym should have one setup, padwork is a big thing even if the head trainers arent really ****ing with you much still try and find a decent partner to work the pads with until they allow you to spar. Id also try some sort of agility drill and dont neglect your abs and your neck you need them strong to take a good shot.

Isn't the advice they are giving you at the gym very good? You could try reading Joe Frazier's book Boxing Like the Pros. Books and videos will only take you to the first level. After that there is no substitute for good training.
