If they were to fight who do you favor? I honestly see Ngannou bullying Wilder in a fight at this point.
Did Wilder from the past 2 fights look like someone who needed someone with great skills to beat? Wilder just doesn't throw now, Ngannou could physically bully Wilder the way Zhang did.
Wilder too weak and light. Just gets bullied too much and you only have to stop his one trick with is easy to do.
Make it happen, retirement cheque for both of them. But i think Wilder will fight Anderson in his last fight, and he should be.
Well the guys who beat him used skill to do so and Helenius who is less skilled got wiped out in a round by pretty much the same version of Wilder, so it's not like just any semi decent guy can beat him. Ngannou is too open for right hands and Joshua showed that his chin can be cracked BADLY. Wilder did land some rights on Zhang (him landing a right was what got him Koed as he walked himself into a counter) and they had no effect, but if he can land on Zhang he can most certainly land on Ngannou and I doubt Francis would be able to take a full force Wilder right.
Wilder is finished, a cash out fight against Ngannou is not a bad idea. Wilder should win but I wouldn't pick him with great confidence.
Ngannou did better against an out of shape Fury than Wilder did and also showed more dimensions to his game like switching Southpaw, not falling for Fury's feints, and having the physical strength to deal with Fury in clinches. Ngannou is very limited obviously but hes alot bigger and physically stronger than Wilder. And since Wilder is gun shy now and doesn't possess the timing anymore on his only elite attribute which is his right hand. As crazy as it sounds I think I would actually favour Ngannou at this point.
