Truly great fighter, none of this 46-0 bull****.

Real fighter who suffered real losses but scored infinately great wins. And so techinically proficient.

all true, but even more so if spoken about Erik Morales.

took them all on, and even when against it he would come out swinging as the last resort.

and when was the last time Pacquiao had to eat one of these??

Barrera was great too but forever in the shadow of el terrible.

It's like starting a thread on Camilla Parker-Bowles. No matter how many years after Diana's death, she will never be able replace or eclipse the peoples' princess in the eyes of the masses.

First of all, I'll have to take credit for making the highlight. Who else could have been so sentimental about the guy? Second of all, although I understand why we all love Morales so much, I don't get why we have to discredit Barrera in the process of talking about him? ...For **** sake. Davro, whatever your name is, you want to talk about Morales, make a thread of your own. It's a relatively simple process. Cheers mate.

How the **** was Barrera in the shadow of Morales ??? They went 2-1 with the '1' being a complete robbery, and will be forever loved in the UK alone for being the champ who took Hamed to school

Barrera is very popular in the UK, and I hope he does some signings here in the near future. I'd be there in a heart beat.

Don't worry about the Morales talk, it's a common theme. When people open up a thread talking about Morales, you'll notice there isn't a peep off anyone saying, "MAB > MORALES". You know why? We aren't the bitter ones.

Exactly when did it become all about being undefeated. Without wanting to sound like a rocky script its how you take defeat, fight and come back.

    MAB a true warrior
