I admire your optimism man but I think 6 rounds in this will begin to start looking like a very bad idea.

It is nuts and is why I posted that quote from Conor. A reasonably thinking son ought to be saying "Dad, this is not a good idea. You are 55 years old". I dunno what Benn senior is getting out of it. He must have money and there can't be any more than a few grand on offer just for the gawp factor. What's he getting out of this, other than his name mentioned?

He got himself in great shape for his age and fancies another go. 55 is really old though for boxing. If he gets hit in the wrong place or takes a beating for a few rounds it could end really bad. Damage and wear and tear does not just go away.
This isn't a normal human being let's remember. I think he wants to show the power and greatness of God.
He says he'd beat the 30 year old Benn and knows 10x more now technically than he did when he was fighting back then. He's also a lot fitter now than he was then
