50 have tried and 50 have failed,so the freak must be doing something right.I am no fan of this dude either, and edging out Holyfield is no great feat, but the guy does nothing but win, with or without the assistance of Euro-trash judging.
Do you guys think that boxing fans wouldnt hate Valuev so much if he already had a couple of losses in his career (thus the "sacred" Marciano 0 loss record is safe from mere mortals) and if Valuev wasnt a heavyweight title holder, and just one more heavyweight fighter working for a living? It isnt his fault he's the champ. It's just his job. Somebody should knock him the fock out the next time he fights, then. Maybe people will hate him less after that.
It depends......Does he get KO'd threw the ropes(or over them) and lands on a table and remains paralyzed or does he get KO'd and still get's hit with a final fatal punch while he is on his way down?
I dont get it. Boxing fans hate some fighters too much. The man may be boring to watch to many fans, but at least he fights cleanly. And people should just stop watching his fights if they hate him so much.
There is nothing this guy can do that will make him be remembered as a great champion He is and always will be a joke.
It's just outrageous how many times he gets these decisions. That's were the hate come from. And this time he didn't do it against a nobody,he did it to a legend. He must be executed.
What if he doesnt even really wanna be remembered as a great champion? What if this is just a job for him? Brings food to the table and helps support his family. I dont even know why I'm defending that big ogre this much, I dont particularly like his fighting style and I also think his fights are usually sloppy, boring affairs. But I dont have a passionate dislike for him, like many here do.
He just happened to be fighting my favorite fighter of all-time last night so I kind of had to watch him. I'm not hating on him. I don't use the nasty nicknames or make fun of him. He's a nice guy and a decent fighter but last night he took a huge step back. He looked horrible and deserved to lose. Evander may be old and shot but he won the fight. The whole show was a disgrace that could have been salvaged by a historical achievement but the judges further disgraced the sport by coming up with those outrageous scorecards.
I don't care if he doesn't wanna be remembered,it doesn't matter.Evander wanted and he got in the way.The day somebody (officially) beats him again can't come to soon.
Cruiser: Yeah, I understand what you're saying. But poeple here saying he deserves to die and he's a bum is kinda OTT, even if it's just a joke. And yah, I also heard that he's a nice, decent guy. And his boxing really has improved, since the first time I saw one of his fights. I havent seen the Holyfield fight, so I cant comment on that. thunder: OK.
Nice guy?You guys clearly haven't hear the news.Back last year he beat up a old car parking lot guy.He beat the old man in the parking lot.He got fined and the guy dropped the lawsuit. He ain't a nice guy at all.
After you watch the twelve rounds in their entirety, you will be outraged...and you will determine that we are being too kind to this piece of ****. After the final bell he raised his hand in victory, and the people booed him for being full of ****.
