He had some other losses via cut or DQ in his prime. LaRocca was good, but really more like Hassan N'dam than Mayweather. Lots of energy, very little offense.
I guess you haven't been watching Floyd's Welterweight fights the last few years. :smooch Floyd was a better all around fighter, but style wise, I can see similarities. I think LaRocca had good offense, however, he did lack punching power. He had to land a lot to hurt good fighters.

Maybe you're thinking of LaRocca vs. Giles Elbilia. It was stopped on a cut and I think Elbilia was also cut and the Italian audience didn't take too kindly to it. Don't believe LaRocca and Lloyd ever fought.
No they just didn't go a bundle on there bloke getting KO ed micky duff had to stop Lloyd from giving it the big UN as he thought there was going to be a riot.
