Molitor is an average world champion. He has no power, no strength, not much of an inside game, no real work-rate. He lacks overall substance.
Even though Molitor holds a belt that isn't recognised in Japan, he is being considered as a future opponent for Nishioka. Montiel is the top 'target' for Nishioka, but that looks unlikely and Molitor is on the short list of potential opponents.
