Im confused by your point, Mosley is the bigger man if the fight is at 148 as you say , then the bigger older fighter would be better placed. How does this benefit Pacquiao ? Have you also thought that the sanctioning body might request that both fighters be above the lowerweight class , if it is a title fight.
It doesnt benefit pac in any way if the fight is at 148 for the 154 belt, Mosley can gain 1 pound big deal it does not make any difference he will lose regardless. Im saying that the fight should be at 147, doing a 154 fight at 148 is not smart. Pac should vacate the belt if he never plans on fighting at 154 anyway, welterweight suits him much better and he has not fought at welter for 9 months now, so it seems much more logical to have the fight 147 right?

if the fight takes place at 148 should just be a fight no title involved pac to me never won the welterweight title cuz that fight was 145lbs and hasnt won the light middle title either cuz that fight was also below the 154lb limit catchweights shouldnt be for titles thats why their catchweights!!!!!
