I'd like to see Oscar de la Hoya against Julio Cesar Chaves Jr. When he bit Chaves, sr. he was 23, and JC, 34. Now, he is 35, and JC, Jr is 22.

Indeed you won't see anything special from this kid until 2 -3 years. Though most likely this kid won't amount to much, hope I am proven wrong.

This fight would still be state sanctioned murder.

are you talking about his fight with loriga, the "italian welterweight champion"? the guy was game but had no athleticism or coordination and hit with no power whatsoever... loriga makes stevie forbes look like sugar ray robinson

I must agree with you. Loriga sucks! JC jr should have knocked him out on first 3 rounds.

Wow, surprises me this question still comes up even without Prescott to raise it.
How about starting Julio Jr. off with someone like Gomez first.

Oscar would bust Jr. up bad! TKO in the 6th or 7th round. You think Chavez Sr. would allow this fight to happen? Hell no, that kid is so protected. He's already got like 30 wins and is yet to fight a worthy opponent.
